By downloading or using Ventify (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use on devices you own or control.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Ventify does not collect personal data and stores app data locally on your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App beyond the intended functionality.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to Google Play’s policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
